At Interlake Web Co, we strive to provide high-quality website design and digital services for every client.
Deposits & Payments
Due to the time and work involved in custom website projects, deposits and completed payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has started, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.
If work has already begun, refunds may be limited based on the amount of completed work and time invested into the project.
Revisions
We work closely with clients throughout the design process and aim to ensure satisfaction through reasonable revisions and communication.
Monthly Services
Monthly hosting, maintenance, or support plans may be canceled at any time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds are not typically provided for partially used billing periods.
